Kool-DamTM is formulated to eliminate the problems associated with light cure liquid dam materials. Apply Kool-Dam on the gingival or tooth surface and light cure prior to bleaching, sandblasting, applying porcelain etch or other procedures requiring intraoral protection. Also use Kool-Dam to block out undercuts prior to
taking impressions. Kool-Dam remains cool during light curing and remains flexible when cured. It is conveniently dispensed from a syringe using small applicator tips for accurate placement, and is easily removed upon completion of the procedure.
